Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with secure packaging to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition. International shipping times vary by destination:
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- North America: 5-7 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7-10 business days
- Other regions: 10-14 business days
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number with your package
- Ship the package to the address provided
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will provide a prepaid return label for returns due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To maintain the quality of your fragrances:
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid extreme temperature changes
- Keep bottles tightly closed when not in use
- Store in original packaging when possible
Handling
Fragrances are delicate products. Please handle with care and avoid dropping or shaking bottles excessively.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
